Dr Nguyen is an excellent full-service dentist office. She does everything. I've been coming to her since 2020 during the pandemic. She is one of the best dentists I've had. Her office and staff are first rate with very convenient location in Southcenter.

After many years of traveling the country and receiving dental care across 48 states and several countries abroad, I visited South Center Modern Dentistry for a routine dental appointment with bated breath (no pun intended). As a new customer, I was hopefully optimistic about the level of service I would receive. After three visits in the span of two weeks, I can say categorically that the care and attention I received at South Center Modern Dentistry is absolutely phenomenal. I had several interactions with Sheba who is a social butterfly. She is one of the nicest persons you could ever hope to meet in this lifetime. After completing my paperwork, Dr. Navia Nguyen took me in the examination room and she explained the entire process step-by-step. She is adept at communicating process and procedure - something no other dentist had done before with such simplicity. On my next two visits, I was cared for by the dental hygienist Pekedey (Pek) Ren. Not only is he knowledgeable and skilled at his job, he is also very detailed and is the explainer in chief. I informed the front desk that every time I visit South Center Modern Dentistry, I would like to have Pekedey as my hygienist. He is a sweetheart, very trustworthy, kind, compassionate, thorough, and has a knack for putting you at ease. A gentler person you wouldn’t meet. For someone who is still young, he conducts himself with poise and oozes confidence. “He is an old soul “. The office is just so clean and the location is very convenient with lots of parking spaces. Aside from the highly qualified and trained clinicians, the equipment is state-of-the-art with the latest technology which is a huge plus. I think it is safe to say without reservation that South Center Modern Dentistry is probably the best dental clinic in the state of Washington, and certainly one of the best dental clinics in the country. You couldn’t beat them for front office staff (Sheba), professionally trained clinicians, quality of care, efficiency and service. I referred three new patients who will be scheduling soon. Big fan of this place.

It's mid-April and still a cold, dull, wet, and wintery morning in Tukwila. The sun hadn’t come up yet when I walked into the office of South Center Modern Dentistry for my routine cleaning. As fate would have it, Tana (the operations manager) was there to greet me. “Against a dark sky all flowers look like fireworks”. Some people are so much sunshine to the square inch. In the backdrop of the outside glare, her eyes were the color of a twilight sky. Just as stars light up the night sky, her radiant energy illuminates her face and warms up the room. Nature’s beauty in all its perfection. You don’t realize the power of a radiant smile, till it’s the only sunshine in the room. She was warm and greeted everyone that came in with such grace and poise. Her elegance and charisma were electric and really set the tone for the rest of my time at the dental office. She is the textbook definition of what true customer service is supposed to be. Speaking with her and discussing the treatment plan after the dentist left, gave me a deeper appreciation for her intellectual abilities. Her warm personality to her patients coupled with her razor- sharp intellect will no doubt inspire confidence and build strong relationships with her patients and colleagues alike. “A flower does not think of competing with the flower next to it, it just blooms”. South Center Modern Dentistry has a rare flower that is blooming brightly among many (Sheba and the rest of the team). South Center Modern Dentistry is without a shadow of a doubt the best dental clinic in the state of Washington. The entire staff at South Center Modern Dentistry is absolutely amazing and exceeds all expectations in every area of their responsibility to their patients. The service is excellent and the clinicians are some of most proficient in the state. Five Stars!
